Chinese New Year is my favourite festival. It usually comes in January or February. It is the most important festival for us Chinese. Before the Chinese New Year, we are busy shopping and cleaning our houses. My parents always buy me some new clothes. On Chinese New Year's Eve, we have a big family dinner. We usually eat some traditional Chinese food. It tastes delicious. After dinner, we often watch New Year TV programmes till midnight. We also set off beautiful fireworks. I can get some red pockets with money in them from my parents, grandparents, uncles and aunts. I can buy what I want with the money.

　　過(guò)新年是我最喜歡的節(jié)日，一般是在一月或是二月到來(lái)。對(duì)于我們中國(guó)人來(lái)說(shuō)新年是最重要的節(jié)日。在過(guò)年前，我們都要忙于購(gòu)買年貨和打掃我們的房間，我的爸爸媽媽經(jīng)常會(huì)給我買一些新衣服。在除夕的那天晚上，我們都會(huì)有全家的聚餐，年夜飯。經(jīng)常吃些中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)美食，非常好吃。晚飯過(guò)后，就開(kāi)始看春節(jié)聯(lián)歡晚會(huì)，一直到午夜，然后放鞭炮。我還能從爸爸媽媽，爺爺奶奶，叔叔和阿姨那里收到紅包，我就能用這些錢買我想要的東西。

　　每年過(guò)年的時(shí)候我們都非常的高興。
