We have to acknowledge the fact that no matter how serious mistakes people make, the first response to criticism is to justify themselves. Praise to the human soul, like sunshine, without it, we cannot grow and blossom. But most of us, we avoid the criticism of others, but we don't give our praise to others. We can use praise instead of criticism, the mistakes of others, perhaps will slowly disappear, because everyone wants to be appreciated and identity, a person's abilities will shrink in the criticism, and under the encouragement.
